LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Read this license agreement carefully before using this Software. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, AND PROMPTLY RETURN IT OR DELETE ANY COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE IN YOUR POSSESSION.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Regal Logic LLC ("REGAL LOGIC") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicenseable license to install and use this software as indicated herein
according to the package you selected. Where no package has been selected the
Tryout shall apply.
1.1 Tryout. You may (a) install and use the Software for evaluation purpose only during 60 days (�Evaluation Period�) after first installation; (b) Upon the expiration of the Evaluation Period you must stop using the Software; (c) Redistribute the Tryout by any means (CDROM, DVD, FTP, Web site...) as long as you do not change the original package, distribute only the original install package, and charge no fees.
1.2 Single User. You may install and use the Software on more than one computer so long as no more than one instance of the Software is running at any given time.
1.3 Enterprise. You may install and use the Software on an unlimited number of computers so long as those computers are owned by the Company for which this license is assigned and you are an employee of said Company.
1.4 Enterprise w/Redistribution. You are granted the license as prescribed in section 1.3 (Enterprise) in addition you may redistribute the Software as part of your own software package, royalty-free. If you choose to redistribute the Software, you agree: (a) to distribute the Software only as part of a software application product developed by you (�Licensee Software�); (b) not to use REGAL LOGIC� s name, logo, or trademarks to market the Licensee Software; (c) to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend REGAL LOGIC from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney� s fees, that arise or result from the use or distribution of the Licensee Software; (d) not to permit further distribution of the Software by your end users; and (e) that REGAL LOGIC reserves all rights not expressly granted.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT: (a) sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer this Software to another;
(b) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or
alteration of this Software; (c) remove any product identification, copyright
notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software.
4. TERM
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by
destroying the Software, together with all copies thereof. This License will
also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this
Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software, together
with all copies thereof.

COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
This Software and its source code are proprietary products of REGAL LOGIC and
are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Software
is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the Software and do
not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those
specified in this License.
6. DISCLAIMER
OF WARRANTIES
The Software is supplied "AS IS". REGAL LOGIC disclaims all warranties,
expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire
risk of using the Software.
7. DISCLAIMER
OF DAMAGES
REGAL LOGIC assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may
result from the use of the Software, even if REGAL LOGIC has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to
refund the purchase price.
